Abstrak
This study aims to determine the wage system of labor employees, the level of employee job satisfaction and analyze the effect of salary/incentive satisfaction and work environment satisfaction on employees. The analysis method used is a quantitative approach with a multiple linear regression model. The results of the study indicate that the wage system and the level of employee satisfaction are in accordance with applicable laws, employee workers at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Kebun Rambutan are satisfied with the applicable wage system, in aggregate and partially. The satisfaction components consisting of salary/incentive satisfaction and work environment satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the level of employee satisfaction at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Kebun Rambutan.
